These sleep buds are transformative. They help my ADHD brain tune into the brown noise I’ve added to the ear buds. It means my brain isn’t tuning into to snoring, kids and dogs moving about, waking repeatedly and struggling to get back to sleep. Initially I had an issue with the right bud losing sound and had long delays from the customer service email account and was getting very frustrated, but after reaching out to the Instagram team I received an exceptional and responsive service, and a replacement was arranged. I would be absolutely lost without these now. You can’t be lazy, you need to make sure your ear canals are regularly cleaned and you keep on top of cleaning the buds so the sound isn’t impacted. I’ve just ordered my sister a pair and hope she loves them as much as me!

I bought to hopefully resolve an issue that I wake early and struggle to rest after then and eventually start the day early and tired. Easy set up and very comfortable to wear from that early wake. The soundscape ‘onboard’ works like a guardrail in that my thinking stays calm and with that I now fall asleep again. The volume is controlled by the app which is great as I know it provides the correct volume without extra screen set up at 3am. If I want something different then Marconi Union Weightless or Max Richter Sleep works well. For me it’s perfect device

I have used these new Ozlos sleepbuds now for 2 weeks. Had used the old Bose sleepbuds for years but they had a few shortcomings. They would not last through the night; would shut off after only 6-7 hours. Could not stream music, podcasts, videos; had to play only the handful of sounds that came with the unit. I got tired of listening to the same thing over and over every night. I can stream anything with the Oslo sleepbuds. Another feature of the Ozlo buds that I love is that when I fall asleep, they sense this and whatever I am listening to is paused. I can start listening again from this same spot later in the night if I wake up or the next night. The Bose unit did not have this feature. The Ozlo buds hold their charge the entire night…I have never had them discharge during sleep. They are comfortable, have a great selection of restful sounds built in, and totally block out my wife’s snoring. Great engineering and easy to learn to use. Many tutorials available if you need some guidance that are easy to use and understand. They are my new go to secret weapon when it is time to hit the sack and get my zzzzs. Couldn’t wait for Father’s Day so bought them now…on Sale! Love them!!

My sister in law highly recommended these sleep buds and she was right! They block out every noise that kept me awake a night and I’m sleeping like a baby now!! Love the white noise selection Ozlo sleep buds have.

I had a recurring issue with my sleep buds, and after many attempted fixes suggested by their service dept, they exchanged my original set for a brand new set, and so far so good! I missed them so much for the few days I was without them, that’s for sure! They definitely improve my sleep.

Customer support Naro has been so very helpful regarding the issue of a failed ear bud and immediately sending a new replacement. His responses have been quick and professional. I am pleased that the email is working again for Ozlo.

Communication with Harvey was very good. He was very patient throughout the entire process. Even though I was out of the warranty period, Ozlo is such a great company that they replaced the defective LEFT earbud under warranty! While the replacement procedure (programming the new earbud) took multiple tries, it worked after the 3rd attempt & I now have TWO working earbuds. Good sleep cannot be over-rated & I depend on my Ozlo sleep buds to get good sleep during the day (I work nights). This is a great product & a great company.
