5 months in as an Ozlo sleepbud user here, and I cannot live without them! It's my first sleepbud ever, but my husband has been a fan of the Bose sleepbuds for years. We both started using Ozlo at the same time and now we're fans. I'm a side sleeper and once it's in your ear it's barely noticeable. There are plenty of sound options and the app is easy to navigate. As an android user, I am patiently waiting for sleep tracking! It's available on my husbands iphone and the data is comprehensive compared to his Garmin sleep tracking. My dog recently damaged one earbud and customer service was exceptional in quickly arranging a replacement for a fee (big thanks to Naro for understanding my predicament!) Hopefully the replacement plan extends to Australian consumers soon. Yes, the updates take awhile, but realistically no quality updates are instant and it's a small price to pay for an exceptional product that offers uninterrupted sleep. I hope the business continues to grow and we can't wait to see what comes next!

My husband snores and I was unable to sleep. I purchased the Ozlo ear buds and sleep better than I ever have. I love the options for being able to stream my sleep meditation-then once that has finished the Ozlo sounds start and carry me thru the night. I have been using for 8 months and have NO problems with connectivity or and functionas some others wrote on their reviews. Ozlo earbuds are amazing! I rely on these so much that I purchased a second set for backup. Can’t say enough good about these! They are life changing.

Ozlo is fantastic solution for those that are easily disturbed in sleep or sleep in a noisy environment. They are extremely comfortable, even for side sleepers like me. Nothing like your standard earbuds due to their compact size. Ozlo has done a great job of enhancing the bluetooth and streaming capabilities so you can play your own music or whatever and then it will switch to sound masking when you fall asleep. Great engineering! And customer service goes way beyond. They have helped me debug a couple issues and went above and beyond in supporting their warranty.

I’m absolutely loving my Ozlos. So far I’ve put them to the test at a loud hotel, a snoring husband, a room with three other friends, and more. I’m generally a light sleeper and these have helped a LOT. I just find myself staying in a deep sleep because there are fewer disturbances. I am also an infamously bad napper and these have allowed me to get in some amazing cat naps. Super excited to have found these!

I've had the Ozlo Sleepbuds for just under a year. I use the Size 0 eartips, and they are *mostly* comfortable. While I occasionally wake up with some ear pressure if I sleep in a weird position, I much prefer sleeping with them than without!! They are excellent at blocking sound, and the beta feature that transitions from Bluetooth to sleep sounds works like a dream (hehe). I also noticed that while the Bluetooth connectivity was previously a bit finicky, a recent update seems to have resolved those issues entirely. As long as I don't venture too far away from the case, I don't have any trouble connecting. Honestly, the only issue I've had was one of my own making. Due to my own carelessness and my sweet (albeit destructive) dog, I ended up with a nonfunctioning earbud. I had been putting off reaching out for weeks, assuming it would be a hassle to get it replaced. Last night, while my partner was snoring away, I decided I'd had enough and finally reached out to see what my options were! I submitted a contact form through the website at 1:22 AM, expecting a response in a few days. Instead, an amazing support rep, Harvey, reached out less than four hours later at 5:00 AM—the quickest customer service response I have ever experienced! A few short, efficient exchanges later, Harvey had me all set with my replacement buds. The entire process was prompt, seamless, and friendly.  TLDR: 10/10 would recommend the product and the support team!

I had my buds for over a year and I am happy with the product. I had a glitch and service team walked me through troubleshooting procedures. My glitch returned which prompted service team to exchange my sleep buds to a brand new set. I can’t ask for more! Great product and great team!

Ozlo sleep ear buds are the BEST (hands down) sleep earphones I’ve ever used. In the past I used the headband which did not stay in place well and then another style of ear bud which were large and painful. These are amazing and I love the ability to change the settings via the easy to use app. Comfortable to sleep with them in (I’m a side sleeper).
