I bought them to hopefully have one nights sleep with a snoring boyfriend after trying everything else. First off all, if that’s your goal, these are useless. Second, the battery is just tragic. They drain over a few hours in the case and do not last a full night of sleep. The app is pretty bad too and you have to adjust the volume in the app, not being able to use the phone (which is annoying when you’re half asleep but just want the sound to be a bit lower.) Then you have to connect the buds (!!!) again, then adjust the volume in the app, and you are once again super awake! However, sleeping on the side with the buds is fine. To me this product was a very expensive and bad purchase. I’d expect more for almost $300. So make sure you buy them for the right reasons.

I love my Ozlos, but I hate their customer service! I mistakenly ordered a new set and have attempeted multiple ways to return it (Order number: OZSL97321). They say I have 30 days to process a "no questions asked" return, but I'm beginning to think that their delay is designed to use up that window so they don't have to offer service. Of course, I don't know this for sure, but my conspiracy theories abound because I get crickets from them when I reach out. Such a shame becasue their product is really great. I would never recommend them, however, because they do such a lousy job of following up! Update: This Trust Pilot review activated their damage control protocol and they reached out right away to address my concern and process my return. Too bad that I had to resort to a negative review to get action, but it seems to have done the trick. I do thank them for finally making good on their return policy. And, I would recommend their product, but I'd recommend buying it through Amazon because returns are SO much easier!

The sleepbuds themselves are great if they work. I had the Bose ones previously and they can be a game changer. My issue is that the right earbud just stopped working completely and I can’t get any support. They sent me a long list of things to try (reboot, use sticky tape to remove ear wax from the speaker etc) then closed the ticket when I didn’t get back to them straight away. Then didn’t respond to follow up. They don’t know consumer laws in Australia. They should repair or replace it. I think they are just going to ignore me until the warranty period expires. Very disappointing.

The earbuds are fabulous, but when mine stopped working in the warranty period, customer support was terrible. After 3 months of emails I still haven't received the promised replacement. According to other users this might merely be an exercise of patience rather than a scam, but the process is for sure very very frustrating. For a high-quality product which costs a fair bit of money I would have expected better. Huge disappointment.

Although the response to my initial email was prompt, it took another two weeks of back and forth to come to the conclusion that my left bud needs replacing. Now, it has been over three weeks and my left bud still has not been replaced. The shipping label has been created but it is still in PA. After waiting for so long to solve the problem, I have gone almost a month with unusable sleep buds. Expediting shipping would have made for a very happy user but no dice.

Good earbuds but they just have too many issues. The connection between the earbuds and the case is very temperamental. In some days you have to place them very carefully so the leads touch properly. If not, one or both earbuds will not have any charge the next time you need them. The main case itself does not hold charge for more than a couple of days indicating massive drain even when buds aren’t used. The idea is overall good but the design is garbage. Don’t even get me started on the Bluetooth connectivity issues. You keep the earbuds back in the case and close the case, the stupid things are still connected to you phone. I mean how hard is it to fix the software?

They unpair themselves every single time you use them. So it takes 10-20 minutes every time at night to unpair and repair if you are lucky to get them paired again. Do not recommend. They send you you tube to figure out how to fix the constant unpairing problem.

I’ve contacted customer services by email three times over the last 3 weeks to initiate a return and haven’t heard anything back. This seems to be the only contact method to request a return. Really disappointing!
