Joelle was so professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She was a tremendous help looking for corner floor lamps. What an impression!!! Great overall experience, great products; would definitely recommend.

Love the fixtures Ozarke offers. High quality, and let’s not forget the design of the fixtures. So modern and sleek.

I purchased similar lights from another company that failed me after a year. These new lights from Ozarke are a higher quality and backed with a better warranty.

I originally had an issue with my lamp, but customer service replaced it, and the new one works great. Very happy with how it looks.

I bought the outdoor lights, they look great on our patio. They arrived quick and customer service was very helpful answering all technical questions.

The company has taken active steps to correct their customer service lately. They followed up with me regarding a prior order and went above and beyond to try and make my shopping experience with them better. I greatly appreciate small companies that address customer pain points and I would recommend shopping from the website now that the customer service has been vastly improved and the return policies have been changed for the better!

Update 1-27-23...Do not use this company...they responded fraudulently on 1-17-23 stating that I put in the wrong email address and that they already sent me 2 return labels. First off, I ordered over the phone and my emails on notification that the lights are defective were received and responded to, so I don't know how I could have entered a wrong email when I attempted to correspond and they replied, yet no resolution. Secondly, no return labels received. I received a call from American Express and they opened their investigation and refunded my money. This is not the first complaint against this company and I would advise others to be very cautious in dealing with them. The lights are nice, but as my electrician pointed out, the transformers are cheap Chinese made and that there is better quality out there. Hopefully one person's problems are not everyone's but they handled this situation as if they know nothing about customer service or reputation. Update 1-16-23... After being told that replacements would be shipped and shipping labels would be sent to return the defective lights, nothing received. The Company offered a 10% refund and replacements with the 10% offered if I removed this review. My reply was that my review coukd not be bought and just do the right thing and earn a good review...But nothing...then I get a call asking me where are the returns and now they will not send replacements until they get the defective ones back. I explained that I was not spending money for 2 electricial service calls. Lets get the replacements and do it all at the same time...Ridiculous customer service and they stated they will need to get back to me. File dispute with American Express and am not waiting for this Company any more....Too many inexperienced people at this Company who do not lnow how to handle poor product support.......Original Review follows....Purchased two exterior LED Lights. Would not work upon installation- only strobed...then went completely out. Paid electrician for his time to troubleshoot and I understand things happen. But when I called the company and left a message, I received a call back requesting photos of two non-working lights installed. I complied...then Skarika from Ozarke sends me an email requesting a video...She says she needs a video of me hitting the switch on and then walking to show the lights not working...What is this???? Wrote back that I already sent pictures and I was not going to waste my time recording a video...asked to be contacted by a manager who can just get me two replacement lights. After not hearing from anyone for a day, I relented and sent a video.... Yet no one contacted me. Perhaps management will decide to contact me, but until then, I will continue to warn others of dealing with this company.

Hello Jim, Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for the poor experience you are having with our company. While all our product have been made with the highest quality materials and our inspection process is extremely strict, product damages can happen from time to time during shipping, and for that we sincerely apologize for the issue with the products you received. We reviewed the case and it appears customer service has indeed sent you 2 return labels for the product on Jan 5th. It also appears you have added the wrong email address on file, that's the reason you never received the labels. Your email address on file has a misspelling, it shows @msm.com instead of @msn.com. Customer service has sent out multiple emails to you which it appears now that you've never received them due to misspelling of your email when you entered it at checkout. We are committed to replacing your order at zero cost to you, the customer service team also offered you 10% discount on top of the replacement products. Please reach out to our team with the correct email address so we can address this issue immediately. Thanks for your patience and we hope to resolve this matter ASAP!
