i have suffered with horrific ingrowns and scarring for as long as i can remember. i have tried EVERYTHING under the sun that supposedly treats them and nothing has worked (i’ve spent upwards of a hundred pounds). it got to the point where i was really losing my confidence, until i discovered Oyo skincare and it’s completely changed my life. now bare in mind i have had these products LESS THAN A WEEK and i can already notice a massive difference. i have used fur and cerave before consistently for a month and didn’t get the results i got in 3 days using Oyo’s 3 step routine. honestly this has made me feel comfortable in my own skin in such a short time and it’s not crazy expensive?? amazing. i can’t wait for my next waxing appointment so my wax lady can see my results too 😂 thank you oyo!!!

Amazing customer service. Had received an email to say products couldn’t arrive in New Zealand for now and recieved a refund very quickly. Then a week or so later my products arrived. I emailed about payment. The team said I could keep as a gift since it took so long to arrive. What an amazing company !!!! Can’t wait to try the products ❤️

Outstanding customer service! I spent over a certain amount and got a product for free, when my package arrived I didn't have the free product that I was going to buy anyone and I emailed explained and with prof. I got sent it the same day and arrived so quickly! My main package arrive quick aswell. Only used the set of three a couple of times but my skin feels so soft already. Excited to be summer ready!

I ordered the ingrown hairs duo from OYO about 10 days ago, but when it arrived I noticed the pump lid on one of the bottles wasn't working (just a faulty bottle, no big deal). So I messaged OYO on Instagram and explained my issue and they responded within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement straight away. They told me to keep the other bottle free of charge as a refill which is very kind. It arrived within a few days, very quick delivery. Absolutely amazing customer service and very friendly employees. Would highly recommend. I've only used the product once and I can already see results! Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

I have to say, OYO intimate care products have exceeded my expectations! I've always had issues with ingrown hair and hyperpigmentation in my bikini line, but since I started using OYO, those problems are gone! I've recommended it to all my girls and I'll definitely be repurchasing as soon as my stock runs out.

I love those product ! It was so hard to find good product on the market to take care of my sensitive skin. Now that i've found this one, I'll never change ! Smells amazing, leave my skin smooth and hydrated. I have almost 0 ingrown hair since I use them !
