Georgia
Brilliant customer service! I had a faulty pump from one of their products. They were so lovely and cheerful and provided me a free replacement once I had provided video evidence! I was not expecting them to provide me with a completely new replacement as I had only asked for advice on how to get the pump to work! They did that and then more! Very impressed and happy!

If I could give more stars, I would! These products actually WORK! They WORK! I'm a black woman in my early 30's and I was very skeptical as to whether this would work for me and boy did it work! The products are not scented - so there is no irritation with your skin, especially as we are dealing with delicate parts of the body. SOOO much thought has gone into these products - I'd recommend purchasing 3-step routine products and use them as stated. You seriously will not regret this decision! I'm an OYO fan!
