I emailed the customer service rep because the pump on my bottle was broken and couldn't dispense any product. They had given me some tips to try and loosen it but when those didn't work, they didn't hesitate to send me a new scrub in the post. Customer service was so quick to respond to me and polite, just based on how lovely they were, I will definitely be coming back to OYO in the future !

Absolutely amazing products! I have tried everything I possible can out there including precriptions from the doctor and these are the only products that I can say actually work! I can't recommend OYO enough!

I haven’t had the products for long so can’t immediately comment on them longer term but they are clearly really well made products, that feel clean, well packaged etc. I have seen already redness go down from them which is great and time will tell if it helps ongoing wax issues. As for the company, delivery company broke one of my items and the service from Oyo was second to none at responding and sending out a new one. Love to see new companies like this shine - continue what you are doing

I have always had ingrown hairs for as long as I can remember. I shaved, I waxed, I sugared, nothing. Always there. I saw the adverts on Instagram and thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, I had some issues with delivery and couldn't receive the product. Spoke to Hannah at Oyo and she very quickly sorted it all out for me. SUCH an angel. Been using Oyo for the last 10 days and I'm already seeing visible improvements. Over the moon. Thank you so much Oyo, will likely be a lifelong user.
