I ordered the 3 products, Cleanser, Scrub & Oil, and after just a week I could already see a difference at least in terms of shaving. Much smoother shave. I also really enjoy the daily self care ritual. So far so good! 🌸 I did have a little problem with the Ingrowns Out bottle pump, and I was delighted by how great Oyo customer support is! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! My request was responded to promptly, and my feedback was instantly taken onboard. Not to mention, a new working bottle was delivered to me at what seemed like the speed of light 😅. Hannah, who handled my request, was overall excellent. You can tell how much a company cares when their customer support is this high quality ✨️

I was sceptical at first and thought the reviews were almost too good to be true! I kept seeing OYO pop up on my Insta feeds. However, I thought I have nothing to lose, let me try it out and see. I've been using it for months and haven't looked back since! Gutted when I'm coming to the end of the jars/bottles! ;-) Really cute packaging, first class service if you have any issues. The only slight niggle is with the Ingrowns Out with the bottle dispenser when you getting 3/4 to the end of the bottle, but I hear that is in hand in the foreseeable future. Despite this, it does not deter me in buying my 3 set trio beauty kit- noticeable difference for me! Lush!

I love the Ingrowns Out product so I was disappointed when the more-than-half filled bottle fell and shattered on my shower floor. I emailed customer service and I was offered a free replacement immediately in a personalized (written by a real person) email that included an update on new packaging in the works. I had a tracking number for the new bottle in less than 24h.

This company was so pleasant to order from! Shipping was really fast and the products arrived safely. Customer service is also outstanding, they resolved my issue very quickly and were very friendly! I’m so excited to incorporate these products into my routine. They are super easy to use and the oil is so soothing after shaving! I usually hate shaving day because of how uncomfortable it makes me, I’m so happy I found this company and I definitely recommend it :)

The process is extremely easy to follow and unbelievably gentle on skin, which makes a change! A fantastic experience.

To be honest I didn’t think that these products would work. I have seen them advertised on Instagram for quite a while so on a whim bought the oil and the cleansing butter duo. I went on a beach holiday for my friends wedding, normally I would experience razor bumps, ingrown hairs, painful irritation from the heat, wet swimwear and sun tan lotion. The result was amazing! I had very minimal issues and had only just started using the products, absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

I reached out because my package was missing a product I had ordered and Hannah was super responsive and kind in resolving for me. Before I woke up she had already sent a new tracking link. Epic customer service I'm very appreciative!! :)
