The customer service is amazing. My parcel arrived and the finishing oil had broken and leaked everywhere, I emailed the team and got a response straight away and a new oil arrived 3 days later. It’s still early days but I’ve definitely noticed my bikini line has less ingrowns! Looking forward to the results after a few more weeks!

I have experienced itchy red bumps after hair removal all my days, no matter the method of removal, the growing in period has always left me uncomfortable. I'm so happy i came across Oyo and found a step by step system that really works for me. I'm far less red and don't have a itchy bikini line as the hairs grow in. It looks better obviously but mostly I'm just more comfortable in my skin.

Oyo really do care about their customers. When they say you can email them questions and they will respond- they really will, on the same day! Each one of their products is designed with customers in mind, they clearly listen. Its so refreshing to see this approach!

I have just purchased the whole set as I have various problems with ingrown hairs. The range is small yet great. Quick delivery and the team keep you updated every step of the way. The products are packed nicely and are easy to use. So far I am really liking the benefits of using them. I've already noticed that my skin is smoother. Will definitely buy again.

I contacted Oyo on Instagram following an issue with a product. Their customer service was fantastic and they resolved within hours and sent me a new product. Love the products and the best customer service I've experienced. Would 100% recommend the brand to anyone.
