Fantastic products Both the 3 step intimate skincare routine and pubic hair removal cream are brilliant. The 3 step set did not work as fast as it did for some other reviewers for me, but it did improve my intimate skin very much, especially overtime. The hair removal cream is a life saver and I honestly only trust Oyo with theirs, never used a cream like that from other brands.

Credit where it is due. My daughters parcel was delivered but sadly not to our address. Unfortunately despite trying we were unable to locate it. Emailed Oyo who responded quickly and sent out a new parcel quickly without any trouble Thank you

Great customer service! I had an issue with delivery (Royal Mail’s fault not Oyo’s), emailed them and they were so friendly and efficient. Can already feel a difference after just one use! Would definitely recommend.

Have had two lovely experiences with OYO. I stumbled on them during a google search for skin care tailored to the pubic area. My wax lady had pointed out that I had quite a lot of angry ingrown hairs and encouraged me to look into my care routine post waxes. Once I found OYOs website I looked at the products, reviews and Instagram. I decided to try the keep it clean to start with. I have been using that for a month now and I have noticed huge improves to my skin less ingrown hairs and smoother feel. I later purchased the moisturising oil due to a promotion code from OYO. I do like how the oil makes my skin feel but I’m not keen on the packaging. The lid isn’t very secure and the oil drips out of the pipette so I find I get wastage. Ordering from OYO and the postal services have been good experiences too.
