Fantastic customer service. I have a very unreliable mail room, I didn’t even have to ask for them to send a replacement pack & when I did receive the new pack the products seem very good. Nice packaging & good application tips. Fingers crossed!

I was a bit skeptical on purchasing OYO as I seen an advert online however I am now on my second week of using OYO skincare products and they are amazing! Their customer service is outstanding, Hannah has been extremely helpful replacing a broken pump that arrived in my order- thank you so much!

The product has definitely made a decent difference to my ingrowns. Not as dramatic as the before and afters on the website but I like to think it’s helping! The customer service was fantastic, the pipette on my bottle of Final Touch broke, so I was hoping to just get a replacement for the pipette but Oyo sent out a full replacement product! That’s how to do customer service, thank you!!
