Oyo SkincareReviews of oyoskincare.com

The products are amazing - they actually work unlike others I’ve tried! Such an easy addition to my routine. Their customer service is also excellent. Super friendly and very helpful. Would 100% recommend!

After contacting Oyo about a damaged product, they quickly and professionally solved the issue. Along with the quick help, they were also incredibly kind and respectful. I was thoroughly impressed with their assistance and thoughtfulness. I'm so glad I came in contact with this company!

I purchased the 3 step package and have started using it for the first time this week. I have already noticed the reduction in the redness and bumps which I am thrilled about. I hope this continues! Since coming off hormonal contraception I have struggled with hair growth, bumps and ingrowns and had all but given up on finding a solution after trying multiple different creams and solutions. I hope that this gives me the confidence back to join my friends at the spa or head to the beach in the summer! Whenever I’ve had a query upon using the products the team have been quick to respond and have been super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!

I ended up having my package stolen and these guys are fantastic because after reaching out they sent me a new package free of charge! I haven’t tried it yet, but I am excited to finally get moving on this journey :)

Customer service was great! Very responsive and came up with a solution within 24 hours.

I tried their 5-Step Routine pack. I love the products, they smell clean and natural. 4/5 worked wonders and felt amazing! Unfortumatly the Bye Bye Bush cream caused my skin to become really irritated which didn't surprise me as I have very sensitive skin. I contacted their customer service about this issue. They responded quickly and friendly. They refunded me the cream at its current list price (£30) and said I didn't have to return it. Will buy from them again. The staff are lovely as are the products!

I bought the 5 piece Oyo kit after hearing rave reviews by a colleague who swears by it. I received my first parcel from them promptly within two-three days of purchase. The products not only look great (the packaging is really cute) but it feels luxurious and works effectively. It’s only been a week or so but my skin already feels so much smoother and plump. The customer service provided by Oyo is exceptional. Recently I’ve received another parcel from them and in my few interactions with the team I have found them to go above and beyond to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Would 100% recommend all around. Fantastic product and brand. I will definitely be a long term repeat customer ❤️

Honestly the best online experience I’ve ever had! It always arrives so quickly even though I’m in Australia and the product just feels amazing and actually works! First time I’m trying the wash but I have no doubt it’ll also be incredible.
