First I love the products, packaging, and QR codes that help with any additional info you need like how to guides and ingredients! I also had a great experience with customer service after I had one broken item. They sent me a replacement with no questions asked, and I really appreciated that! Definitely recommend and will be buying more products from here in the future!

I really enjoy the scent and texture of all the products which yielded great results! I ordered the 5 step program but didn’t receive 1/5 of the items in my original box. I reached out to customer service and they rectified the problem swiftly and kindly!! 10/10 company!

I’m so happy with the ingrown hair exfoliation and final touch duo!!! Omg I’ve suffered with ingrown hairs for years and I’d just accepted I’d just have to feel insecure when it happens, I never imagined I’d find a product to prevent it. I saw this advertised on my Instagram and I had to try it and I’m so glad I did. This product doesn’t just work for razor bumps/ irritation but works to prevent swollen ingrown hairs that can be painful and embarrassing and can last for ages. Im so happy I haven’t had this issue since using this product. Initially I thought it was priced expensive, but I took the leap and so glad I did. Just do it!! I can’t put a price on how much more confident I feel now. You have no idea how grateful I am thank you so much for making this product you’re changing peoples lives xx

I’ve used a few of their products before, the final touch and the cleanser, and think they’re great. Unfortunately the removal cream didn’t work for me, but I emailed them and their customer service was great and they refunded the money straight away, so if you are unsure if it works for you or not then there’s no risk

I was a first time customer and had an issue with missing items in my order -- Hannah with OYO literally immediately sent out the missing items after I told her my situation and even wanted details about the situation so that they could make their team aware. I have not had a chance to use the products long enough to give a full view of how they are, but from the products that did arrive (Ingrown Out and Keep it Clean), they're really soothing, high quality, and leave no irritation. Like I said, I can't give a full review of all products yet since I'm new to them, but based on their customer service alone -- this is a company and brand that I'd highly recommend. Not only for their product quality and positive message for natural and healthy skincare for sensitive areas, but for how you can tell they deeply care about their products and customers! Will purchase again for sure.

Customer service was outstanding, especially with being as busy as they are. Helped me on my end with my package and relieved a lot of stress on my end! Kind and extremely friendly!!
