I had a parcel that I think got stolen so I got in touch with customer service via email. Hannah responded to my email super quickly and rectified my issue by shipping out a replacement parcel which arrived within the week. I’ve never had such an easy time contacting customer service as I have had with OYO and if anything it has just strengthened my positive opinion of this company!

I've always always always had razor bumps or epilator bumps on my bikini line. I used the hair removal cream for the first time yesterday and honestly? Don't think I can ever go back. No irritation whatsoever, I'm super happy.

I can’t recommend more highly. The customer service I received after accidentally putting the incorrect delivery address was fantastic. Quick to respond and help and even resend my product when there was a mistake with delivery. The friendly and personal approach to communication makes this a company I would definitely recommend to others. On top of this the products I received are excellent. Attractive packaging and good quality products. I will definitely be ordering again!

I was initially hesitant to buy something that I had seen advertised on Instagram, but I'm so grateful I did. The 5 step routine is incredible. I feel like I have been looking for something like this for my whole life! It is easy to use, and the products truly feel (and smell) amazing. I did have an issue with one of the products when they arrived as the pump on one of the bottles had snapped off. I sent them an email and they were so helpful and sent me a new bottle which I received 2 days later. I would buy their products for everyone I know if I could.

The customer service team were super helpful when my parcel was mis-delivered. I was able to contact the same team member throughout which made the process really easy and friendly.
