I'm a long time, consistent buyer from this company. I've tried five products so far. Ingrowns out, keep it clean, and the final touch are my routine and I find it hard to shave without these now. The exfoliation is gentle, the keep it clean helps for a smooth shave with the razor, and the final touch is the most soothing and hydrating thing ever, I'd happily bathe in it. The hair removal cream is good but not for me. I needed to keep it on a solid five mins more than is recommended to see the results I wanted and waiting 15 mins with cream on just doesn't work well for my shower routine but it was nice to not need to deal with razors and I think this could work well for others who have a preference for removal creams as it was gentle and didn't have that horrible smell other removal creams have or any stinging. The keep it fresh didn't do anything for me personally that the first three products didn't already help with. I want to try the shaving cream next. In the many times I've ordered from this company I've only had one blip with an order and they fixed it straight away with zero hassle, I was really relieved and impressed. Overall, I think there's something for everyone, you just need to try a few products and see what works for you. A really great business!

These products are life-changing! I was so skeptical at first because it sounded too good to be true. I have struggled with razor burn forever and it was affecting my confidence and body image. These products work EXACTLY as advertised and are amazing! I will be using them for life! I recommend them to everyone. Customer service is great as well- I had a delivery issue (not the company's fault), and they responded immediately and took care of it!

Fantastic products and super quick customer service. I forgot to cancel a subscritpion but when I realised and saw the order in my inbox I emailed Oyo and within 5 minutes they'd responded, cancelled my order and updated my details. Really lovely friendly service (I am still using the products just not regularly enough to justify the subscription!)

I ordered Ingrown Out, The Final Touch, and Bye Bye Bush as I have had issues with ingrown hairs from shaving my bikini area. I have used these produces for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a significant decrease in ingrown hairs/bumps as well as no itching as the hair is growing back. I did have an issue with my order, however, Hannah was very responsive and resolved the issue. I will definitely be ordering again!

Excellent customer service!

First of all, I've had great results with their products in reducing and eventually eliminating the dark spots on my bikini line. Big confidence boost! Second, their customer service never disappoints! There were a few times I had to contact them, but one time in particular I was having issues with an order, without hesitation I contacted them and Hannah sorted my issue right away. Very happy with their products!
