Oyo SkincareReviews of oyoskincare.com

I ordered bye bye bush and final touch serum. I wanted to order more but due to pricing I wanted to see how I got on with it first. I’ll be ordering more now that I know it’s a brilliant product. I used bye bye bush pretty much on my whole intimate area for about 8 mins and it’s unreal. Left me silky smooth like after a wax but without the sore bumps. Final touch serum before bed felt lovely. I consider myself to have fairly sensitive skin and had no issues. Customer service 5 stars also. I forgot to apply my discount code and they were kind enough to resolve and responded very quick ☺️

Customer service was outstanding, I had an issue with my order and this was sorted straight away. It’s great to use a hair removal cream that doesn’t burn or have an awful smell!

Great company and great products. My first order with the company was lost in the post. I emailed Andrea, who got back to me straight away and sent out a replacement. It was delivered the next day. Bye bye bush is brilliant. I haven’t used a hair removal cream in years due to bad experiences but after reading the reviews I bought this in the sale. Removes all hair with no nasty smell or burning. Great results. Will definitely purchase again.

I was influenced by an Instagram ad and I am not disappointed at all! I ordered during their holiday sales and ordered the complete bundle and a mystery box. I did not initially receive the mystery box but when I contacted them they were able to provide a resolution quickly and I am so grateful for that! I love how easy it is to follow the steps they have and the resources available on their website if I have any questions about the process. The hair removal cream was easy to apply and did not sting or hurt at all. I am always prone to breaking out as my hair grows back in but I am not seeing any issues as of yet. Super glad I found a great alternative to hair removal I can do at home!

Great customer service! I'm really glad to have reached out about an issue I'm experiencing and they conquered it like queens, making me feel special and allowing me to shop happily with them :)

Other than being a great product, the team over at oxo Skincare has amazing customer service! Helpful and detailed oriented, I will continue to purchase their products.

This is an amazing product!! Customer service is OFF THE CHARTS. Small businesses like these tend to have better service than bigger corporations and this company is definitely up there. The product worked as advertised and really made a difference with my ingrowns and inflammation. I will be a returning customer!!

I can’t wait to try my Oyo skincare kit! When my order was sadly lost in the mail or stolen from my front steps, I contacted Oyo via email and they immediately sent me a replacement order without any hassle or doubt. The customer service rep who helped me (Andrea) was responsive, thorough, kind, and upbeat, which made the experience easy and pleasant. I’m anxious to get my replacement order so I can see how the Oyo products work for me!
