I initially made an order with Oyo Skincare that had a few setbacks (my order was said to have been cancelled when it wasn’t/ I got a few of the wrong products) Of course, I was a little frustrated with the ordeal as anyone would be, but I also understood things happen and Oyo has made it very difficult for me to be upset anyways! They have been consistently replying to my emails and updating me on the products as well as making sure I receive what I paid for. They are a consistent company and I seriously cannot be too upset about the mixup because of how easy and smoothly the process of reaching out to them has been. On top of that- I love the products so far! They’re easy to use and I have very sensitive skin which hasn't affected my use of the product so far and I am very pleasantly surprised. Very happy with Oyo Skincare !! :)

I really like OYOs products, I've bought a few orders from them now, normally when on offer cause they are quite pricy but have to say I've been impressed everytime. Their bye bye bush works very well, but have to say you do have to leave it on for more like 10mins than 5 tbh to work properly. The fresh up not sure if does much but does smell nice. Ingrown haven't found much different tbh but I don't always use it so that's probably me. The exfoliating cloth works really well. Overall I haven't tried all of their products yet, have had some better than others but I do like them & recommend bye bye bush if its on offer. Downside is the price, it is quite premium so probably more of an investment, but it does last a while, I bought mine about 6months ago atleast, have used atleast 1/2 times a week and it's still going.

i got a kit there for christmas and honestly im quite suprised, i used that bye bye bush product and let me tell you it did in fact get rid of it lol, however it doesnt take the root of the hair out it is still very smooth, if you want the appearance of no roots then i would opt for something else but this is a great substitute for shaving it was pain free and didnt irritate me- (i put it everywhere and i mean everywhere), the rest of the products are great like ingrowns out, keep it clean, keep it fresh and the oil before bed, definitely a smooth experience!

Had some trouble with shipping but they made it an easy fix and shipped what was missing free of charge!

I had some issues with losing my order but the customer service was great and they quickly offered me some options on how things could go forward

I absolutely love the branding and ethos of this company. The reviews are also amazing! I ordered the BBB which unfortunately didn’t agree with my skin but I do have sensitive skin and I took the risk on this. I mentioned that to them and they refunded no questions asked and responded so well. Unfortunately that particular product didn’t work for me but their customer service was incredible and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

This stuff absolutely works. All of my hair is THICK too. I don’t feel like it gets down to the root like Nair did, but it’s also not gonna give you a chemical burn or ingrowns, so it’s worth the trade off. I wish that they sold the cream in a larger size, as I’ve been using it pretty frequently and it takes a sec to ship, but I have no qualms otherwise 🙂
