Really disappointed, the hair removal cream didn’t work at all and just irritated my skin. I followed the instructions and didn’t receive the results.

I’m not sure why they’ve decided the smell of Aloe Vera is horrible enough to try and mask up - but they’ve replaced it with a farmyard/manure type smell. My bottles are now slightly older so thankfully it smells more like an egg mayo sandwich now. And I’m not talking about the smell of the hair removal itself - this is just opening the bottle!

I am very disappointed in the product. I left the review below, gave 2 stars, and followed the instructions to confirm but it isn’t posted on their website. When you filter the only 2 star review was 3 years ago. When you see the number of 5 star reviews and I see how the products themselves were actually working I can’t help but feel like the reviews are not genuine. The products themselves were nice - nice packaging and nice smelling, but personally did nothing for me. My issues were as bad as they were without using it, the hair removal cream, despite following instructions, removed hair but left patches so I had to shave after anyway. The hair grew back in if anything quicker than when shaving and for me the worst part is that there are so many products to use but you need to leave them on for time periods to get the benefits. I’m not a “beauty routine” kinda person and I don’t have the time for it in my busy life or working and parenting. I was extremely disappointed with spending so much money on it and definitely won’t buy any more.

I personally didn’t have a good experience which happens, I wrote a review on their website which never appeared on there? I always review, good or bad so that everyone can get a true idea of products so this is really disappointing.

ordered the bye bye bush for thicker hair removal and i left it on for 10 minutes which is more than the recommended time and still only the smallest amount of hair was removed. waste of £35!!!

Ordered this product in January. Did not arrive for 3 months so I reached out and they said they would send again. Product arrived at DHL and they are charging me $82, I was also prompted that they’re maybe further charges unprocessed. Super frustrating and disappointing, ordered this BEFORE tariffs were so high and they failed to deliver so now I have to pay $80 on top of the $193 for the products and shipping. If you are ordering internationally expect charges! They are not allowed to announce or include them in the price.

I was so excited about this product but the hair grows back the next day, like normal, and you can’t use bush b gone every day, so it definitely is not an alternative to shaving or an option to keep you “bald” as the ads imply. It also gave me razor burn somehow, like how does that even make sense? I’ll never know, but I know I won’t be using or purchasing this again. So disappointing.

I bought the Bye Bye Bush and was very disappointed. Not only did it not remove the hair, it also was irritating and the hairs still grew back as ingrown. Honestly no better than shaving. And what's worse is that when I contacted them about the 30-day money back guarantee that is slapped all around their website and instagram, and falsely claims their products as a no risk option, they are now only offering 50% of the original price or store credit (ha!) The whole thing feels very scam-y. Women preying on other women's insecurities and not following through with what they claim to do. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed. Don't be fooled by the hype of this instagram brand like I was. *Edit they use all of this flowery customer service language to cover up the fact that they take your money and run. Why put on your website "30-day money back guarantee" when you have no intention of actually following through with that promise? The intention is deception. And they require customers to "read the fine print" like some late night tv ad... so tasteless.
