Very helpful!

My wife forgot her oxygen generator charger as we were going on a 16 day cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. I called The Store and they over-nighted the correct charger to us at our motel in Lauderdale, arriving at 1045AM, just in time as our bus left the motel for the ship boarding at 11:15. Whew! Close call, great service! Thanks much, great job!

I was very pleased with the way they handled my order and getting me the information from my doctor as I am bed ridden. I will be using their company again in the future. Elaine

I emailed Katie Yeadon and requested information on the life of the battery that I have on my Oxygen Concentrator. I did not complain I was seeking information on how I could correct the issue. She in return had me to call the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I made the call and was placed on hold and when they came back on the line they told me I would receive another unit with a larger battery. I was not requesting another unit or larger battery, I was informed of the exchange of the units and when I ask at what cost and was unformed there would be no extra cost to me. I must say right up front that I have never been treated with such kindness and I appreciate that very much. They rendered some very good Customer Service. I would give then my greatest appreciation. Thank you for your services and excellent customer service. Larry Duke 110 Luther Road Room 118 Dickson, Tn 37055 615-446-8951

All our questions (several phone calls) were answered in a very professional way. She worked with us to get the best model for my husband's needs. She even worked with his doctor to make sure we got the right one. Will definitely refer others to you.

Shayla Salvione was very easy to deal with. She was a great representative for your company. I will most certainly do more business with you company if all employees are like Shayla.

I ordered the item I wanted and they shipped it to me. Now i can sleep a lot better with the oxygen. Could not be happier. BW Houston, TX
