I appreciate the honesty of price and availability. I also liked purchasing a refurbished machine which was less expensive. Thank you for the follow through and keeping us posted on the tracking and delivery.

Great machine, light, not noisy. My mom is very happy and able to be a little more independent.

I worked with Matt, he was great! He wasn't trying to sell me something. He asked questions and recommended what suited my needs. I originally was asking about one product and he told me why another one was better and it cost less. He called and checked up to make sure it was working as expected and seems like such a nice man. It was a pleasure to work with someone that isn't taking advantage of your situation.

Still waiting for external charger. Other than that the sales rep was very helpful and answered all questions. Now for a little help with the charger.
