Excellent sales service but the battery…
Excellent sales service but the battery I purchased only lasted 3.0 hours, not the "approximate 3.5 hours" shown in the manual (on a 2.0 pulse dose setting).
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreMar 16, 2020
Thanks for your valuable feedback, Dan. Apart from the pulse dose setting, another factor that determines the battery life is breath rate. The unit delivers oxygen when a breath is detected, so a high breath rate would mean a more frequent supply of oxygen and thus higher consumption of the battery. The battery hours suggested by the company are averages. Please let us know if we can do anything else.

Super simple process and a great price
Super simple process and a great price. Even with my insurance coverage this machine will pay for itself in 5 months. Plus it's new, not a used rental. Sales staff was very helpful and helped me choose the right machine.
