I spoke with three different…
I spoke with three different representatives and each one was as friendly, professional and knowledgeable as the next. That is something rare to find these days so keep up the fantastic customer service! They all helped me trouble shoot and find the best path to fixing my aunt oxygen machine. Thank you all again.

I wasn't sure of which machine I needed. The Rep that called me was extremely helpful. The machine came in a few days.

CUSTOMER SERVICE extraordinaire
Had to have original Concentrator replaced, and the Customer Service staff showed that I made the right decision in choosing their Firm for my personal oxygen needs. Replacement Concentrator arrived promptly !
