Everything as promised

I worked with Deborah Montelli online when ordering the SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with by providing all answers to my questions. It was a stressful time because my father was at the end of his life but wanted to go easily in the car plus also use it in the house so as to not have an oxygen tube trailing behind him. I highly recommend Deborah Montelli.

the order was well handled and the service was prompt. I can recommend the company highly.

Halle, a sales rep at Oxygen Concentrator Store, went above and beyond to resolve a problem with my Inogen. Convenience and price where a big factor. She is an amazing asset to this company.

Everyone at the Oxygen Concentrator Store has been very helpful with questions that I've had and expediting the shipment of my concentrator. I highly recommend them!

Like the fact that it shipped a week earlier than promised

I was very pleased with my sales person Bret Bennett and the company. My order was delayed a bit due to my needing to get a prescription from my doctor. But the company shipped my order as soon as possible and everything arrived in brand new condition. I would definitely order from them again.

I was extremely pleased with the service and response I received from Oxygen Concentrator Store. Bailey was instrumental in reaching the doctor to get the Rx so I could place my order. The unit came in a heavy duty box and arrived safely. I look forward to continuing our relationship. Thanks, John
