Outstanding Service

Bret was a great salesperson
Bret was a great salesperson, sensitive to my specific needs, informative and helpful. He did not insist on collecting information I was unwilling to share during our initial conversation. For this reason, I contacted him when I was ready to make a purchase, which he also made into a smooth and easy process.

Aziz and American Medical Sales and Rentals Came Through
Aziz's tone of voice and pace of speaking and thorough familiarity with the product and with the customer's state of being added up to superlative professionalism and customer service. Aziz listened well and established certainty by "playing back" what he had understood the customer to have said. This skill built trust. Nick is the Best
Nick is the Best. He guided me through the Many Oxy Concentrators you have & therefore We ended up with the right one! The portables Did not give enough Lpm! Not even 2Lpm? Plus constant flow is better & we got 5Lpm also! Thanks Nick for all of your help! God Bless Us All, Bob&Ruth
