Kati Yeadon was very helpful and provided a complete proposal including several options for my consideration. This is my first Inogen 25 product for use in the Snowy Range in Wyoming where we own a mountain cabin at 9000f\t. I am 86 and in need of assistance this year. Kati helped with all the necessary options and was very patient. We will be going up soon where I will have my first use. My wife will assist me in using the unit. We have practiced one round here in Cheyenne. I have a lot to learn & may need Kati's help!
