Top notch customer service!
We called looking for an oxygen concentrator not knowing anything about them or what we really needed. Kathryn helped us and was so knowledgeable and kind during this stressful time. She explained all of our options and worked with us to get exactly what we needed at a great price. Then she went out of her way to get it shipped to us for delivery the next morning. We were so grateful for the excellent, personable service! It made a very difficult time so much easier.

I need to return my purchase within 5…
I need to return my purchase within 5 days so I can get a complete return credit and it has become very difficult to do so. I called on 06/22/2020 and again on 06/23/2020 with Tammy in your customer service dept. and she took some of my information and told me someone else would call me back in 24 hours to complete the return credit process and as of today no one has called me. I am concerned that my 5 day period has or will expire and i will loose the return of my money. My cash sale # is 114140. What's the problem?
