Sale went smoothly, post sale support lacking
Sale went smoothly, great response, great price. Process fell apart with no post sale support. I sent 2 e-mails to my sales POC, no response to either. Questions asked concerned warranty registration, post sales repair spot if needed, and one addt'l maintenance related question. Inogen website offered no info/answers to any of my questions. UPDATE: The follow up response from the Oxygen Concentrator Store was very fast, very thorough, and resolved all the questions in a most professional way. A great vendor to do business with!!!!!!!

American Medical Sales & Rentals is top notch
Our Customer Service/Sales Rep. was Nick Vannatta, and he was awesome. He was able to answer all of our questions, and gave us the confidence to make the purchase, through his detailed information sharing. He knew the product line, and the process, which was so accurate, that we had no worries at all, as to what to expect. We were excited about our purchase of the Caire Companion 5 concentrator. You know sometimes you make a purchase, then hang up the phone and think: "Oh no, I forgot to ask, or you think did I make the right choice?", not with this company. We are happy to rate our experience six stars plus! Thank you!

To the rescue
My oxygen concentrator quit work while on vacation. They were able to replace mine so I could continue on vacation. I need the oxygen while at elevation of more than 2,000 ft and especially on the airplane to get home. Thank for the great customer service.

Success and. Quiet
All of my interactions from online chat to personal telephone calls and immediate feedback were handled in a polite professional manner. The oxygen concentrator i settled on is perfect and fulfills all my oxygen needs. Plus its ultra quiet. I received it in an extremely timely manner. Thank you Karen schmidt
