Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Good responsiveness, status updates and clearance of medical requirements.

Jake was very helpful and answer our many questions. He did a great job helping us!

Excellent transaction! Very helpful, polite, really helped me get oxygen for my sick fur baby in record time! Thank you!

This was a very good experience. Customer service was prompt and courteous. Every time I asked something, I received a quick response. Nick Vannatta is a great sales persona and service representative

This is the third unit I’ve purchased over the last 10 years. They are a good company to work with and my experience with their sales and service staff has been excellent so far. I just sent one of my units in for repair service so I’ll be watching how they do in this area and will review my experience with their service and repair group after the service is completed.

My first review was wrong . I had ordered two different oxygen machines My portable I bought from you, and Nick was great. I would highly recommend your company. The second machine was not from your company.

I called the Oxygen Concentrator Store from my home in New York to determine what kind of concentrator I should purchase. I had been renting a concentrator when I came to Colorado up to this time. I worked with Deborah, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me to select the right machine for my needs, and we discussed the accessories as well. I made the purchase, and then when I flew out to Denver, I drove to Deborah's home to pick up the device. She was fully ready for me, with the device, its packing materials, and the accessories. It was a smooth, straightforward transaction. I am using the device now at my condo in the mountains.

Purchased for a terminally ill friend. Very professional staff. Nick was extremely helpful. The device showed up and was in perfect working order and in excellent shape. Would recommend to anyone needing oxygen equipment.
