Last week I spoke to Deborah Montelli regarding a portable oxygen concentrator for my mother who is currently out of the country. Deborah not only explained every detail of the different concentrators but she also compared for me. She also helped me to find a location abroad in case my mother needs service for her device. The G5
I only had it a few days. Katie Yeadon is on the ball. I used it one day so far and all is well with the G5. I choose that one because of the longer hours it has. I was tired of feeling like a prisoner in my home. I wasnt able to be out more than 2 hours without carrying extra tanks with me. Now I can do more things with the G5

Oxgen filter
I simply ordered a Oxgen filter via phone. The item was readily mailed as you stated without any delays. Was also provided with a tracking number to follow this item as being shipped to my residence. Perfect ! No problems. Thank you.
