We ordered an Inogen 02 concentrator for our mom from your store and definately have to give all of your service through your representative, Lucas Corrick, a 5 star rating! Fast, encouraging, supportive, professional, thorough with providing all information with both of us! So much positive feedback! Lucas' follow up was also superb. We have 0 negatives. Highly recommend! Thank you and all is going well! *****

Matt Schock was very knowledgeable about the concentrator and assisted me greatly. His attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you Matt.

Very helpful and timely. It was Sunday morning and my concentrator failed. I was 4 hrs from home and down to 1 1/2 bottles. They set up a meeting time for 2 hrs from then. I made my purchase and met them at noon. Remember, this is Sunday morning. They set me up with everything that I needed and I went on my way. Incredible customer service, which is difficult to find anymore. 5 Stars.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS "FANTASTIC"''''BAILEY THE SERVICE AGENT WAS COMPLETELY KNOWLEDGABLE IN EVERY ASPECT OF HE PRODUCT....SHE IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET FOR YOUR COMPANY AND SHE WAS THE MAIN REASON I PURCHASED FROM THE "OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR STORE".....THANK YOU

The oxygen concentrator was purchased for an elderly dementia patient under my care. The tech I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable about the product I asked about and was friendly to deal with. He immediately checked on the availability of the product and then described its function. He also put to rest a question I had about less expensive similar machines sold through Amazon.com. He explained the order procedure and within a few days the order was delivered. Excellent service. Thank you.

Extremely polite, very fast response to purchase. Very pleased.

Brett was very helpful in helping us select an oxygen concentrator for my mother. Much thanks!

Excellent throughout and very responsive to inquiries. Very professional discussion of different concentrators. Returned answers to questions by phone or email rapidly. A pleasure working with this company.
