Worked with Nick, and was pleased with the way he handled my needs.. Not at all pushy but well versed in all of the products they carried. Will work with Nick and this company again.

The unit that I purchased has been wonderful in Colorado, but I spent 10 days in South Carolina & my oxygen levels were fine without the unit. We are planning to move back to S.C. in approximately 9 months & I will probably keep the unit for traveling.

Had a great experience!! Rex Albert is a great employee of yours, and he not only made me aware of your refurbished units but he was very thorough in getting our doctors Rx etc to get this shipped to us before we went on vacation. Thanks to him and your shipping folks for making it all happen!! Great customer service! Sincerely, Bud

Absolutely great costumer service! Sean did an amazing job! Very good product. Above our expectations!

Even and especially during Covid, the help from people on the phone and at the store was great. Thanks

Every aspect of dealing with oxygen concentrator was excellent especially Matt’s assistance!

We ordered two concentrators, the sales associate helped get the required information from our doctor. We received them the next day. They work great. They are a lot less noisy than the ones we were renting.
