My experience with this company is not based on a purchase through the website. It was a direct contact via sales. The entire process was handled professionally and given the utmost attention to details. After the confirmed purchase, the concentrator was tested overnight, the batteries charged and tested for operation. Shortly thereafter, the item was direct shipped via UPS. I called, and their "Tech" after a go-a-round sent a replacement unit which did work, but was Insanely Lowd! I was getting discouraged at the start gate.
