So helpful and easy to work with. Obtained dr's approval for my dads machine on our behalf, extremely knowledgeable and would definitely recommend.

Your salesman did a great job. Gave us a great price and we love the toc we got for our father. Also gave us free overnight shipping.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to write a review. While I am not the person directly using the Inogen Oxygen Concentrator, I am still very impressed with your service. I ordered this for my sister who is being cared for by her husband at home. She was hospitalized for a month then released without notice. One the day of her release, I called to place the order and the item was delivered the following day! My sister’s husband stated that he is pleased with the oxygen concentrator so I’m sure it is great. Your service places this entire experience over the top! Thank you for everything.

Nick spent the last two days with me as I was trying to order new columns for my portable oxygen unit. I was finally able to order them and Nick got them sent out right away.. thanks for your patience and professionalism Nick.
