Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Had been looking to purchase a portable concentrator, but did not know which one was adequate and could accommodate my boyfriends needs. PJ was so helpful and his knowledge on the portables was all I needed to make a purchase.

The salesman I worked with was great and the concentrator arrived in good time and appears to be working fine. The invoice in the box indicated that a cannula was included, but there was none. I just picked one up at CVS, no problem. Nobody in the household needs continuous O2 now, but I thought that oxygen would get me through times of not enough money better than money would get me times of not enough oxygen, so the purchase was mostly a form of health insurance.

I could not have gone through this process without Deborah. I had no idea which portable oxygen concentrator to get, and what the needs were in making this huge decision. There was not a moment where she did not guide me through the process and educate me on every aspect of the product and order. I am grateful to her, and will only be shopping at Oxygen Concentrator Store because of her.

PJ worked hard with me to get me an Inogen G5 that was within my budget, and shipped super fast as well. I was able to cut my O2 weight from 10 lbs (Simply Go) to 5.3 lbs with 2x the battery life. Great to work with!

They took care of contacting my doctor and were persistent when he was hard to reach, and everything went well and it arrived promptly!

My experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store was outstanding. A representative called me within a few minutes after I requested information online. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the POC I was interested in and verified that it offered all the benefits I needed and wanted. The Oxygen Concentrator Store honored its commitment to a 100% Price Match Guarantee, so I was able to get the unit I wanted at a price below their sale price. I completed my purchase in less than fifteen minutes, and I received my POC of choice within four days. I wish everything in life went as smoothly as my experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store.

Kaleb was amazing helping me get financial assistance, pick the right concentrator, get me the best deals, and i had the machine the next day. He was so pleasant, patient, and caring.

Seems to be working fine. Easy to set and actually to move with us when we travel to our lake home.
