Very please with Deb in her updates and delivery of equipment

Excellent service and guidance. nick was knowledgeable and attentive. Hands down the best service.

Service was fast and courteous. After spending approximately 20 minutes on the telephone with Lucas, who explained everything in great detail, I ordered the Inogen G5. I am completely satisfied with the performance.

Had to return a package for exchange, I had ordered the package from what I had thought was the "Inogen" website. Somehow/somewhere the site transferred to the "Oxygen Concentrator Store". The operator was very understanding and understanding about the mix-up, re my "understanding" that I had ordered from the "Inogen" website. She took me through the entire procedure of explaining what I needed to do, along with options re returns. I truly wish that other operators had the same helpful and smiling (you could hear it in her voice) re customers.

Representative Lucas Corrick was so helpful from beginning to end. The whole experience was great and so easy including setting up the medical care financing. I don't think it could have been easier.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. PJ and Jake went above and beyond to help me out in an emergency situation and I couldn’t be more greatful. Got me exactly what I needed, even set the machine up so all I had to do was plug it in. These guys obviously don’t mind going out of their way when it counts.

PJ was very helpful with iur concentrator order. We got a great price and the whole process was quick.

I placed my order with Aziz, and expressed that I needed the order delivered by a certain time to make sure I could get it to my Mother for her oxygen device. He was great in making sure that need was honored, and the device arrived on time. Timeliness is crucial in the delivery of medical equipment! Well done!
