Everyone was so helpful. Kaleb was informative, and concerned when I explained my situation. Unfortunately the unit was on back order, and would take weeks to get to me. Christina called me and informed me of the back order and suggested I try another unit. I agreed. She said she would ship it air overnight for free, which was great. No fault of hers but the weather delay got my unit to me in a little over 3 days. I love the unit and the customer service I received. You all were fantastic. Thank you so much.
