My Rep, Nick Vanatta, went out of his way to help. I was very happy with the service. Now that my Concentrator has arrived and I'm using it, I have to say I really like the quality of the product.

They were very helpful in getting my product delivered after UPS didn't deliver it on time. They refunded me the money I paid for overnight service. When I ordered the backpack it was sent quickly.
