Nick was amazingly helpful in my purchase of a Inogen battery. He made recommendations which stopped me from purchasing items I did not require. He also provided me with his direct number for any questions we may have as this Inogen was a friend's and now we are passing it on to another friend. Thank you do much. We were thrilled with our experience.

Aziz is a great representative of your company

Exceeded all my expectations!! Wonderful group of professionals. Couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend.

Unit is trimmer so less bulky to manage. Placement of oxygen port and charging port more accessible.batteries easily exchanged. It is quieter then my previous unit. Case is so much nicer and will clean easier. Double battery gives me more freedom as does the oxygen range. A bit heavy but can manage with hubby carrying or with my roller cart. Overall very nice.

The service was excellent and the item I purchased was shipped promptly.

My Mom is very happy with the the concentrator. I want to "thank" Sean who was wonderfully helpful.

This is a wonderful oxygen concentrator! I now feel free to walk in my large backyard, or go in my car to do errands. Until you come out with a new model the size of a wallet, this is simply the best

Representative, Jake Kinlaw, was very helpful, but not pushy, in assisting me with choosing the best portable, oxygen concentrator plan to meet my husband's needs. THANK YOU!
