Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Prompt call back. Then great explanations about details of different machines. Great price-break. I have already recommended my rep to another needing portable oxygen at home.

Deborah Montelli was WONDERFUL to work with and very patient with all of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and listen to my needs. Deborah provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision. SHE was the reason I went with your company! Her customer service was awesome and greatly appreciated!

After ordering the G-4 unit, we realized we needed the G-5. The Oxygen Concentrator Store was very helpful in recalling the first shipment and then delivering the G-5 within a few days. The sales reps are helpful, and courteous.

Caleb was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable, helping me select the concentrator that fit our needs. He handle everything to get our packaged shipped within an hour so that it arrived by noon the next day.

I talked with Kaleb at the Oxygen store, he was intelligent, well informed, extremely helpful, patient and polite, he was available to call me or text me back right away whenever I had a question or request. He also went to bat for me to work with my Dr. to get a prescription, because my Dr. was very slow to respond and needed help and information. He also worked to help me establish funding to get the machine I needed. I would never of bought this machine if I had not worked with Kaleb. He was the ONLY reason that it all worked out. So accommodating. You can really tell that he cares and wants to help people, he never pushed or became impatient. He is a great asset to your company, I hope everybody knows that. When your sick, and older you can really appreciate this kind of assistance. Just had to let you all know. The entire transaction was smooth and painless, thanks to him, and my Oxygen concentrator is on its way by . Thank you, Laura Corley

First time I ever bought anything offline so I was very skeptical. I gave the guy selling me the equipment a hard time to make sure everything was legit. He was more then helpful and honest thank you

timely-did what they promised

My sales rep and customer service liaison, Luke Corrick, is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, caring and available. As someone who was once a professional dancer and yoga enthusiast.... now losing all abilities due to respiratory illnesses and destruction of the lungs... he is compassionate, listening and ‘gets it’... which hardly anybody does. He pointed me to the best equipment for my use and is my cheerleader. I love my Inogenic 5... and can now take a half mile walk which was impossible before. I am gladdened in every breath.... I see the trees glittering. I cannot work as I am a palliative care chaplain.... and this is how I got so dastardly sick ... but can write. At first, I thought it would be too heavy for me (as I’ve had bi-lateral rotator cuff surgeries..., all from throwing myself along the floor dancing) but it truly does work swinging the strap across my shoulders. Thank you... I love my oxygen machine.
