I ordered my Inogen oxygen with Colton Smith and he was extremely pleasant to work with, followed through and was very pleased with the speed he got the Inogen to me. He gives you a phone number where there is actually a recording with his name on it so you know who you are reaching, Unlike other places you are just connected to a recording. Once I got my Inogen I called Customer Service with some questions I had and they too were very pleasant and answered all my questions very satisfactorily.

Could not be more knowledgeable or helpful. Promptness was extraordinary. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
