Very helpful during the whole process. Presented me with many options.

I love me some Christa Bacon!! She is the Greatest!! I told Christa about my husband who is now paralyzed due to two injuries he suffers from that occurred in Viet Nam. My husband retired as CMsgt in 1983 after 32 years of service!! Christa listened to my story about my husband!! She made sure we got everything we need to make my husbands life more better not being hooked up to tanks anymore!! Christa treated us like family!! God Bless you Christa and some day you may be owing the business you work for!! After all, you are very professional and compassionate with all of your customers!! Patsy Magee

Luke the Representative that informed me of all makes and model home oxygen concentrators was awesome. He called me when the unit shipped and once it arrived to make it was functioning properly and that I didn't have any issues. Great follow-up customer service.

I luckily got a great representative on the chat line, who actually called me and helped me work out getting an Inogen G4 and supplies. I want to thank her as I was on hold forever
