Good prices, great service.

We received excellent service when calling and visiting American Medical sales and rental. We are from Minnesota out in Denver visiting. My husband's portable oxygen quit working. I called to see if they could helps us. Our oxygen consultant was Bret Bennett. I so appreciated his Knowledge and expertise in helping me select the right unit for my Husband. Bret's kindness, understanding, and wisdom helped in purchasing the G3 16 Cell Basic Package. The G3 is an excellent unit for our needs. We plan on buying a home oxygen unit as well from Bret Bennett At American Medical because of the wonderful care we received.

We called-talked to Colten Smith-Liked what we heard-bought the inogen at home on the phone about noon. on monday April 19,2021 . Colten immediately gave us the fax number for the doctor to send the prescription. we did-the doctor responded immediately. By 5:00 pm it was shipped out and it arrived from Colorado to Oshkosh WI at 12:54 pm Thursday. That is Service!--Thank You!! Plus there were follow up calls -such as -received the prescription-Thanks for your order -etc. Rating 5 star. Will recommend them wherever I can. .
