I had a very pleasant exchange. The rep was very helpful and informative. The whole process from beginning (learning about what I needed) to end (recieving my concentrator) Also the video about care/parts/cleaning was very helpful Linda C.

Bret Bennett was our contact in purchasing an Imogen Portable Oxygen Machine. He was fantastic to work with as he answered every question that we asked with complete confidence. We decided to pick up the machine in Colorado instead of having it sent to Texas. He met us and explained to us every aspect of the machine so we would use it while there. He even explained how we could return it if we were not satisfied after using it in Colorado. We would highly recommend working with him.
