Thank you again Matt .I wrote a review about a week after receiving my eclipse 5 oxygen machine ..just wanted to do a update since It has been about a year I feel it is one thing to review a few days after receiving the product but another to review after the test of time . I am so happy to tell you it has pasted the test of time for me. I am so happy with this product not only have I got my freedom back but just to let you know I helped hubby Jack build our pergola . I can go to the stores with him again or out to eat again and enjoy as much time as I need with the 5 hour battery. I did buy another battery because I really want to stay out longer lol . I would also like to say thank you so much for your help Matt in choosing the right one for me, I love the pulse feature it saves my battery life also in the past I have had nose bleeds from oxygen it has a tendency to dry out the nasal airways. but with the pulse I have not had that problem anymore it only gives oxygen when i take a breath . I do sleep with it at night by doing as you suggested plugging it into the wall out let, after slightly pulling out the battery so no dust can get into the opening . I am so happy with this.. but I am just as happy to know y'all have been there to answer any question I had in the beginning .there is no better feeling than to know y'all stand behind your product and you are always there to help thank you Matt . I wished we had more people like you in this world .

I was running out of options when I contacted Rex at the Oxygen Concentrator Store. My doctor prescribed an increase in my Oxygen to 3.0 LPM for nighttime use in association with sleep apnea. I wanted something small (portable) to sit next to the head of my bed; so it had to be relatively quiet to allow for sleep. I already had a couple of poor equipment purchases (and a return) that delayed my treatment. Rex worked to understand my needs, and in a few days I was enjoying the use of my new oxygen concentrator. I am pleased with this "quiet" device.

The folks were so helpful in finding the best product available which fit my individual needs. The equipment is quiet, and efficient and sooo much more portable. Thanks guys!
