Colton Smith was the salesman we dealt with upon contacting the company in purchasing a Oxygen concentrator. What a great and professional job he did. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in knowing and explaining what each unit would do, which of course helped making this rather large purchase. After receiving the Caire oxygen unit - we were so surprised it does exactly what Colton said it would do. Such a tremendous relieve to be able to trust a salesman when purchasing a product you know hardly anything about. Great job and very well please with the great customer service received. Definitely would continue to deal with a company which provides great customer service and concern for the customer.

The inogen works great, but wish it was constant flow. I have to concentrate more on my breathing. The tube on the Canular collapses that hooks on the machine and I had to tape it to keep it from bending & cutting off my oxygen supply. Need to order the back pack so it will be comfortable instead of over the shoulder. Kathy

We were in a world of hurt. My sister needed oxygen for a flight from the East Coast to the West Coast and at the last minute we learned that the one her assisted living residence had ordered was not accepted by the airlines. I called PJVaidya and he absolutely went to bat for us, found us a wonderful machine, had it sent overnight, adjusted for my sister's needs and away we went! It's a great machine which she uses every day when she goes to meals, activities or out and about for a few hours. PJ saved the day and we got exactly what my sister needed. PJ was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with. There are not enough words to tell you how grateful we are for him.

Can not say enough Luke who walked me through all the way was very helpful professional and knowledgeable. Product has performed well I purchased both batteries and they have performed great. I strongly recommend this product to anyone that has a breathing problem and I will recommend they call Luke. God Bless and thank you again 🙏
