Excellent service. Communication was fantastic and very thorough. Great experience.

T h e sales person was very helpful, 2asnt sure of which one to buy he talked me through the difference and then I made my choose.

I had a great experience on ordering my parts.

Thatcher made our purchase very easy and was very knowledgeable on the oxygen concentrators.

Informative and efficient. Absolutely best customer experience.

Todd thank you for your assistance with my order. You did great! And Todd is a living breathing human. I know right? I prefer to speak to a human being rather than artificial intelligence. I ordered the left side cannula for my portable oxygen and what a relief. It is so much better wearing only one side tubing rather than the "normal" cannula. I high recommend this product to people who are on supplemental oxygen.

Easy to use. Clear Instructions. Now more comfortable and a measure of independence regained , delivery exactly as promised. . Easy access to one human employee.

We always appreciate all the help, quick responses and the fast shipping! Thank you!
