The sale with Rex was great, the after I paid and had a product concern did not, I have received no response from Rex or the sales team! I e-mailed a few times. I wrote on 15 Nov 2022 "received the equipment today. Charged batteries full, tested the unit, but I get alarm # 4 on and off No breath detected. I checked the cannula and no problems there, I used it instead of my wife as a test and same issue, anything I can do to fix or adjust this alarm condition. When she is using it her O2 is 97-99% so I know it's working correctly."

your machine does not give what oxygen in needed. The machine does not meet my NEEDS! I need a constant 4 liters of Oxygen and I can't get that with your machine.

I have a need of 8 L flow I was told this would work for me. IT DOES NOT can't walk with it but am fine sitting at 6 L. This is not good for anybody needing more then 6L. Very disappointed

My Invacare (purchased else ware to be fair) perfecto2 worked great for a year. I changed the filters out as instructed. This time the yellow trouble light came back on after +/-5 minutes. I called looking for service and they had no one in my area to help. I called this and several other companies, and all told me the same thing. Because I'm on Medicare no one can service or repair a "privately owned O2 concentrator". Medicare has strict rules and apparently CA has strict restrictions as well. So... BUYER BEWARE is the lesson here. UPDATE: I can see where you misunderstood my post's intension. I did not post to bury Ceasar, but to praise him. I was grateful the OCS rep I spoke with was straight forward and clear about my predicament. All the more reason to purchase from a reputable dealer such as the oxygenconcentratorstore . com who will fully explain the manufacturer's warranty and how to invoke it. Not one of the other online sellers I contacted would give me the warranty information OCS was up front with. Sorry for any confusion.

Hello Jeff, As you have mentioned the unit was not purchased from us, we'd highly appreciate it if you can please move the review to your vendor's page. We've not sold any Invacare units for the last few years. The oxygen concentrator technology has advanced quite a bit since and there are lighter units that can provide higher oxygen supply all while being low maintenance. In the long run, a concentrator purchased out of pocket is economical and provides more freedom to the user. We understand that issue could be frustrating but since you have not purchased the unit from us there's little we can do. Please contact your equipment provider or the manufacturer for repairs.
