Wrong part ordered by salesman at first
Wrong part ordered at first by the salesman. Second time order was correct but package was delivered by UPS to the wrong address. I was told to drive around and check with my neighbors to find it because they’d shipped it and there was nothing they could do. After discussing, I was told they would file a dispute with UPS. Absolutely deplorable customer service! I will NEVER spend another dime with this company!

The unit we received did not work and…
The unit we received did not work and we had to send it back. The Oxygenstore won’t send us a replacement until they receive the defective one back unless we want to pay for ANOTHER UNIT and wait for a refund!! How much sense does it make to pay for 2 units because the one shipped was defective?!! Not good customer service at all!

Could never get a good answer to status…
Could never get a good answer to status of my repair. There were a few good individuals, but the management people were not very good or friendly.

My oxygen concentrator worked for three…
My oxygen concentrator worked for three days and then stopped working. I had to mail it back to the company for repairs and have not received it yet even though it’s been several weeks.

Daughter paid for what she thought was…
Daughter paid for what she thought was A decent warranty and an honoring company.but had to pay for a power cord that what was not the problem then pay $195,00 for refurbished unit not right at all

To clarify, when your POC experienced overheating, our customer support team tried to troubleshoot the issue remotely to save time and avoid shipping delays. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue, and we provided two options: either send the unit in for warranty repairs (which can take 4–6 weeks) or opt for a rapid exchange (REX) for a recertified unit with the same warranty coverage for a $195 fee. The REX option is offered to expedite the process for customers who need a working unit quickly. This choice was entirely yours, and we understand how important timely solutions are.
