Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

The company's sale person, Bret, was very helpful in explaining the functions and options of various concentrators. He made recommendations and told why he recommended the models after questioning my needs. Bret, upfront, discussed cost implications and pointed to less expensive models and their attributes. I expect to be a very satisfied customer!

Rex is the best!

I'm writing this review to acknowledge the superb and commendable customer service I received from this company's sales rep, Katie Yeadon. I reached out for assistance in getting a portable oxygen concentrator for a friend that has terminal lung cancer. He had been trying to work through a hospice program for over a month and still had not received a unit. Katie was the sales representative I was connected with and from the beginning of our exchanges, which started near the end of the work day, she was prompt, courteous and responsive beyond measure. She thoroughly explained the purchase process after notifying me that they had no rental units available due to the pandemic. After assisting with a preorder to clearly detail everything that would be included for the unit, she personally went to the warehouse to see if the unit I purchased could make it on the UPS truck and confirmed everything was set in record time. I rarely feel compelled to leave a gushing review like this but it’s also rare in my experience to receive this level of service in such a timely, efficient manner. If this is the standard for all employees that work for the Oxygen Concentrator Store, then I likewise commend the owner(s) and entire management team!

Initially i wanted to purchase a new concentrator, but my timeframe did not fit the availability of a new one. The associate found a refurbished unit in stock that could be shipped quickly and this also saved me dollars. I am very happy with the unit and appreciate the help in getting what I needed in the time frame i needed..

Good service answered all questions and sent product immediately as promised.

An absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. Not only was the information accurate and comprehensive, but the follow up on how to utilize the equipment from their service rep, Josh, was outstanding. I have no reservation recommending this company to anyone!
