The first power supply I ordered was defective. I had no problem sending it back for a replacement and received the new one yesterday. Kristina Maynard was very helpful on the phone and I appreciate all of her help.

My self-fill tanks were just so much trouble and getting so heavy and cumbersome. If my power went out, I might not have any air. The girl said "If your power goes out, call us." If my power goes out, my phone doesn't work. I decided to get a P.O.C. (portable oxygen concentrator) and called American Sales and service as I had seen their compliments on a C.O.P.D. newsletter. Matt Schook answered all my questions and helped me choose the CAIRE unit. He was patient and thorough. He sent a Rx request to my doctor and the unit is on the way. I am eager to have the freedom it will offer.

First of all Samantha was great. She was professional and had a lot of information. She assured me if there were any problems that she is available and that you have your own Inogen technicians.

I worked with Debra. When an order issue came up, she went right to work on it, resolved it, and got the unit shipped to me. Called several times to give updates. Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable rep.
